Pinpoint arrow= 1 bd
Bonetip arrow= 1.5 bd
Flight arrow= 2 bd
FeatherGuide arrow= 2.5 bd
Trueshot arrow=3 bd
Impact arrow=4 bd

when buying the quivers there are added bonuses to the arrows like:
Impactshot is Adds. Vamperic:.325
Trueshot Quiver Adds Double Arrow damage
BoneShard Quiver add's posion damage
FeatherGuide Quiver adds +1 dext
Quiver of flight adds +1 str
Pinpoint Quiver adds 1bd to arrow damage
Quiver of arrows has no special modifications

How about it just being like normal arrow shooting, except it just uses an arrow when appropriate. They don't need mods.
