A different type of macro

I was thinking... right now we have macros that are associated with the function keys, but what about having some sort of way to bind a macro to a command or text? Like in the macro set box, you could make up a command, for example, /n, and set a normal command to bind to that, for example, /use advanced healing potion, that way you could type /n and it would use a pot. Not that this is better or worse than using the function keys, but just as an alternative. The other thing I was thinking is binding macros to just normal text. Some commands already do this, like when you type a directional word, or the word help, in the text box, it actually executes a command... what if you could bind any command to text in that way, specifying what text to use and what command to associate that with. Just some ideas I had.

As we sort of talked about this before hand, I like the idea...a little complicated to comprehend at first but I get it...it would be nice to have.

Yea there is that, but I was thinking of being able to bind a macro to anything. The main thing that brought this about is that earlier today I was racing Zellish around, and there were times I needed to use a pot, or i wanted to do /cls, but it's d**n inconvenient to use any of the existing macros when im busy hitting directional letters with one hand and the enter key with the other. Yes, i know i could macro movements, and then there would be no inconvenience in using other macros, but I cannot deal with using macros to move fast, I just can't do it. I'll agree that in this situation, /s was more convenient than the function keys, but I would like more of these kind of macros than just the one.

I was thinking maybe use the number pad for extra marcos. this way you have an extra 10 marcos. & u could edit these the same way u'd edit marcos now. Maybe u'd need to put in an extra option from the drop down list like "Edit Number Pad" Deffinately would like to see extra marcos added, on my healers I end up using all 12 & its still not enough, especially when your using alot of crits at once.
