I agree. Just atleast for the trade overseeing part. Wouldn't help to get some staff area developing either. (Current staff are doing good IMO. Just the more the merrier. )

If more staff were hired to oversee trades, and such Players would get a couple things they wanted 'seeing the sysops on more' And 'not being ignored' *I know most of the time staff arent acctually ignoring players, so dont bite my head off for that*
BUT, The people hired would have to be informed that the second the automated trade system was put in they would efficiently lose their jobs.
I say hire them as padding until the system is added, but after that they wont be needed.
Besides... 'Two heads are better than one'

If there isn't a mosh going on, go train, go explore. Find something better to do then complain that 'we need more staff for this and that' and 'i think the game needs this useless suggestion that i've spent all but 2 minutes to think about.'
Leave staff alone and be patient, maybe the patience will pay off in the end!

Obviously not... I wasnt complaining in any way, and I also said NOTHING, about moshes or quests...
I was talking about the TRADING SYSTEM... I didnt mention anything else you so conveniently chose to accuse me of...
Also, It would take a lot of stress off of staff to have a trading team in place until the automated trading system is implemented.
This would Allow staff to dedicate a great deal more time to implementing all their areas and such...
The whole point is to help the development of the game... If you dont hire more staff the game wont progress any quicker...

all you staff say is we work really hard and all so we don't allways have time for you. now that's prolly true and all but if there was more staff that problem would be solved (where there aren't any staffers to help us)
i agree with the idea to hire more staff till automated trading is in. If i'm correct the code is allready written. it'll be in with the next client update. just depends on jlh when that is.

Hiring more staff would not be a good idea at all. Theres alot of people in the game who think they deserve to be staff (and maybe some of you do deserve it) but if they don't get the staff position, all they'll do is complain, more than what complaints people already give.

lol i disagree maybe when some ppl get staff others will complain for like 1 week or maybe 2. complains about staff not helping them have been around for months now.

Yeah, by God players have a little bit of patience, its always now, now, now, no one ever wants to wait 5 secs for a trade. Yesterday I tp'ed to a trade like 1 and a half minutes after someone yelled (mainly because I was answering someones question) and once I arrived I was told by one of the players, "It's about time." So as Zephie said, people will complain, non-stop, all the time, even if we do come, people still aren't happy.
