I am not sure if this has been posted before, but I really would like to see this added to the game.
How this would work is basically the same way as a clan house, but different in ways also.
There would be an area for housing and you can build a house for a certain amount of money to start off. In the house, you could have a vault, bank, sauna, pub, and some other rooms that would fit good into a house. Your house could come with a key, and if you are in a party, and you have the key on you, you would be able to let others in.
Depending on the house size and upgrades you have for it, there would be a monthly fee in gold. If you cannot pay this price, your house will be removed from the lot and you will need to start all over again.
