on another note...
I've sat here and seen a slight decrese in staff help. Most of us understand that the current staff are busy doing thier part in development, as well as playing thier own crits, But of ll things there should be at least 1-2 others that don't have full staff ops, but could be known as "Traders". Such a title should be quite obvious therefor I'm not going to explain it.
Secondly,
It would be nice if say we were going to be away for a while, we would be able to set our account on "Vacation". Thus making it so people wouldn't ask others to watch that thier accounts stayed active as to avoid deleted crits/accounts.
Staff can say "Don't share accounts, passwords, etc..., Don't trade without staff present, etc.. till they are blue in the face. It's about time yall actually get together and discuss this, for obviously people aren't going to pay attention/listen therefor causing all of you staff members to hear whining, bytching, and crying.

My suggestion would be to at least temporarily appoint some new staff, that would monitor trades until this system is put in. Make it known from the start that the staff position is only a temporary one, and only consider those who are fine with knowing they will not stay staff after the automatic trading system gets implemented.

I was trying to cover ALL bases.
I didn't say 1 word about it affecting thier production, but I see i'll have to explain some things. I'll put it this way...
EX: Your eating dinner. As your eating someone knocks on your door leding you to get up and answer it. It doesn't affect your dinner too much, it just makes it so your dinner is pushed off to the side for a few minutes, thus this being bothersome and a pain in the butt.
Get the point yet?

Thats cuz they dont respond if u can see them online, they only respond to pages. And seeing at the amounts of ppl screaming for staff nowadays i dont blame them for ignoring it, cuz its ussually a bunch of crap whatever they need staff for.

Let me explain something to you all, Magitoma is the type of player who enjoys yelling for staff..I tp to him and he asks me "How are you, I want to get to know my fellow staffies!" I understand you're just being friendly but really, I have trades to watch and such and don't really feel like sitting there explaining my life story to a stranger on a game. After I tp away "or blow him off" as he puts it, he sits there and starts yelling about how staff suck...Why should I have to deal with that?
As staff I'm here to help you with the game, not be-friend you and make small chit-chat with you. Sorry if that seems rude but that's just the way it is.

Lazy? you have no idea what goes on behind the scenes or what areas have been finished..etc, a lot depends on JLH which seems to be pretty busy.
