I think when a character is transfered to your account, a memo should be sent to your character you used last, or the highest level character in your account. It should also say from which account it came from. That way, if someone is trying to flood your account with junk, you can ban them. Or if someone has stolen a character, and it's transfered to your account, you can simply tell who stole it and bann them.
Just my opinion, post your thoughts.
