I think even though we have that "Cant kill anyone unless they are 10 lvls within your level." We should be able to kill enemys of other clan despite level, just ebcause its an enemy. Like an archmaster or a clan can kill a journeyman of an enemy clan. This will still protect lvl 5-9's from archmasters but a lvl 10 in an enemy clan should be able to get killed by a lvl 30 of another, only if they are in enemy clans.
One good thing about this is when your trying to lvl your lvl 11 crit and a lvl 19 fighter from an enemy comes and kills it when your arch cant do crap about it, when they should be.

Bad idea, one could just add a clan to their enemy list, pk a party of low lvls and keep the clan on the list for future pking.

It's not that you can't PK them.. It's that you get some people who run around just clicking on people, and are more often than not trying to kill some 10 lvls below them. If the rule was taken away for Pacifists, they'd soon learn to stop just randomly attacking people..
