Dueling

Ok, it seems theres been a few problems with dueling. Some people are complaining because they can't duel clan allies, unless a founder is on to remove them from ally. To solve this I came up with an idea (with the help of a few other players): An 'official' duel. When your in the dueling arena in Nightmist, on either one of the three squares, you can type:
/duel player
then they'll see the message:
Harath has asked you for a duel, type /duel Harath to accept.
If you accept then you go into 'dueling mode'. When in that mode, you can't leave the square, you can't be attacked by anyone except the person your dueling, and you can't attack anyone except the pesron your dueling. When you enter into the 'dueling mode' it also clears all spells you might have cast on you. This would prevent cheating, and also stop them from using alts/clannies to attack you.
What do you all think? If I haven't made it clear enough then just say so and I'll explain it again
