Nightmist needs a Walmart...

I thought it would be cool to have a Nightmist Superstore. Perhaps in one of the new towns. The Magic shop would contain all the types of pots, mana and potions as the others. And the same would be true for the armor and weapons shops. I know the idea of diffrent items in diffrent areas is to make people get out and explore other areas. So why not put it in the farthest town from NM. As it is right now Sarka is, but I don`t think that town with the current theme would be right. Tis why I suggested one of the new areas. It has been rumored that one of the new areas will host a gambling hall. Sounds like an upbeat and happening place. This is off of the top of my head so any improvements are welcomed.

Tehy probably wouldnt call it wal-mart due to copyright laws and stuff..but that sounds like an excellent idea.

I don't exactly grasp what your trying to get at with this walmart. Make a store with a lot of items?

| I used the name Walmart because most can relate to that type of store. Just the name kept me from going into great detail on what the store should be like. I wouldn`t use it either. I'm not sure of the current names of stores in the new areas but I'm sure a word or two can be added to them to make them sound large. Example Tiggy's Brobdingnagian Magic Store. Or just simply Tiggy's Enormous Magic Store.

Anyone that played back when clanhouses were allowed 'portals' (and old vortex gate worked with parties) knows how boring it made the game back when most people didn't need to travel or explore to find out where they're going - this is one step towards that. People will just memorize the route to one place, and ignore all the other towns totally - believe it or not, this isn't a good thing. Oh and regarding one of the replies, how would this 'add to the games interface'?.

This could actually be a cool idea to implement somehow into Jahanna desert, like a black market trading caravan. Alternatively, on the downside, which I'm going to beat you all to saying, is that this will also make training in the desert easier, and I have no answer to that, unless you make things cost more than usual due to them being goods not usually or easilly accessible in that area of the world, which I would prefer. It just seems like a cool and somewhat exciting idea to have a black market trading caravan out in the desert, and it might give people more of a reason to go there these days. Naturally you wouldn't put the caravan near the city of Jahanna... I'd suggest sticking it as far to the west of the map as possible, it would be, after all, riddled with slavers, thieves and cut throats.

| Didn't there use to be Safe spots in Jahanna where you could buy pots and the square(s) were nopk?

To be honest I've no idea, I levelled Deval to 30 in the spot I reckon is best to train. On the Atrium Monarch. I try to avoid Jahanna and it's surrounding area, not because it's difficult, but because it's annoying, which is one of the reasons I reckon chucking in something a little spicy like a black market caravan would make it more appealing.

To be fair, that really has nothing to do with the original suggestion - which was having one place where you can buy -anything- that you can buy in any other shop in the game. Spread out shops I don't have a problem with, as long as there's a limit to the variety of items sold there.

| I trained off the AM 2 nights ago...it wasnt all that great really...seems like desert is better..and makes gold well...but the AM isnt bad i suppose...just gets really old for one, and also makes no gold...atleast you can throw mana into it when you need it...i suppose in jahanna you can either go to town fairly fast, or you can go to captain for 500 gold mana and stuff....but you also get to eat there..thats what i like best about it.
