Hello! i was thinking about a new staff member!... on that is all day on (well when he can get on) and ppl will ask him things about NM like when will it be pay-2-play and he/she will tell them but she/he has to learon about nm a lot and she/he will tell only what she/he will be let to!
After this the staff members will be much free 
P.S.(FOR PANDILEX) I would like to be that member ... if u like it page little_girl in the game

I don't see the need for any new staff members.. always been one on whenever I needed one. Only real reason I could think of is to make areas built faster.

And they will have very good armor and they would have to lvl up somewhere in... nowere... desert? Cause they wanna be left alone
What do u think about that?

I'm very glad you want to help them, but ideas like that wont get you anywhere. Things should be balanced, your monks would defeat the purpose of mages all together. If they can heal themselves and have a spell more powerful than beam, they will be unstoppable. Think an idea over first, then post it. Also, ideas for new classes/races usually don't get considered. Try a different area you can give suggestions/help with.

There is more to being staff than being available. If that was the only criteria, half of the NM population would qualify as staff, heaven help us all!
You need to have a vast knowledge of the game and the areas, and since most staff start out as developers, you will have to be able to come up with decent (balanced) ideas. Your suggestion for Munks and their capabilities shows me that you have difficulties grasping the idea of balance, and makes me wonder how much you actually know about the game, especially since your suggested position is that of one who is supposed to answer questions. Creating a website about the game isn't a major accomplishment either, many people have done so before you and still aren't staff.
I get the feeling you are one of those people who would want to be staff just for the sake of being able to claim you are staff, and you are looking for an easy way in. Personally I think that everyone who posts a thread about "make me staff" should be put on a special list that keeps track of people who are NOT to be made staff. Go about it like other people do, develope ideas for areas, characters, classes, other game improvements, and when the time comes where new staff is hired (Pandilex usually posts when they are looking for new staff), send in your application like others do.
