Since it's easier to get exp on high level crits. People would buy up useless stated crits. Then transfer their exp to perfect level 1's to arch them.   Also with the higher level exp point, take for instance maximus. He has 1bil and 70mil exp, thats over 4 arch crits just from him.   Been talked about before, VERY bad idea.
