There should be a mosh where you CANT party with people, thus getting rid of the end guy having to fight 9 people on his own,  i think it would be better to have a no party mosh ^_^

the party commands can be disabled in moshes, however people still talk on clan chat or programs outside of nightmist, so teaming can't really be eliminated (well, giving everyone the name "Mosher" and removing all interactivity would probs about do it, but it would be a bit boring).

lol, gosh.. if you read the mosh messages that come up.. it'll say if it's no teaming or not. The nopk thing is also "broken" for now.

Actually, changing the names to Mosher1 and Mosher2 etc, would be quite effective. If you got the mosh server or what have you to broadcast to everyone 'not' in the mosh, who killed who, it would work.

For example, the Mosher would see:
You killed Mosher2!

The Mosh server would display to everyone NOT in the mosh:
Stigmata made Scream eat pancakes!

Every single form of chat would need to be automatically disabled in order for this to work, including incoming messages, not just outgoing, which I can't imagine is such a huge task.

I personally reckon it would be great fun to do a /mosh log after a mosh to see who it was who you killed and killed you. Adds a little spice, a little mystery Cheesy

disabling clan/friend/enemy chat in non-teaming moshes might solve the problem slightly . . .

People could still be recognised due to weapons and equipment, then targeted the same way as usual via clan chat, msn etc.
I'd like to see more no teaming no alts moshes, as they are more fun to be in, and perhaps this idea would help lessen to amount of teaming, but it certainly wouldn't stop it.
Can't hurt to add in though.

Those people with the rare items would run the risk of being teamed, yes. But they are more powerful than the common player, So if they wish to take that risk just because they feel parting with thier blade of time or ring of empathy or whatever for 5 minutes is not a good thing then let them do that. If they want to be totall anonymous they would just get the standard equip and keep it in backup for moshes.

Or you could just disable the lookover, Which would make it interesting as you would have to guess how much health they have  Wink

The only equipment that could clearly show who you are, is bracelet of speed, emerald dagger, and possibly Blade of Time, although they are quickly becoming more common.

I honestly don't think these items will be cause for problems, considering it's near impossible to actually look someone over amongst the foray of scroll.

Heh, i honestly kind of like that idea in the ( )s  I mean, if when people were killed they still said the names of the killer and stuff..and then it'd take away green, red, and blue, take away all chatting...and then no macros could be used..except to /a mosher and such...which wouldnt be specific..but could still work for anyone (unless it said you couldnt attack yourself..then macros are hose, and fighters and mages would be harder to use in this kind of mosh) clerics would also suffer from it by accidently healing others and stuff...so i dont really know how you'd set this up w/o there being problems...but it could be tried...would take quite a bit of effort to just be some kind of little checking thing though wouldnt it?  just my thoughts, peace.
