they are red cuz they interact with you (i think healing is coded the same as an attack but maybe with negative dmage or something like that) while town criers just say there lines but do nothing that has to do with you personally.

woohoo i'm correct again ty aidon although i thought you turn red as soon as you attack someone (that's what happens in moshes) it also has to do with clan enemies but if a neutral person attacks you he turns red during the fight if i remember correct
(don't ahve many neutral ppl that attack me :d )
