How bout pandilex stops playing favorites and get some staff from somewhere besides TR, there are old players that have enough experience in the game and making pic's and stuff like that but pandilex seems to like choosing from tr, as his last 4 picks were from that clan, and all but 2 staff are in TR, coincidence i think not.

Is it the time that is taken away from your playing of the game? Or the people complaining on the forum about how your corrupt? I was hired outside of TR, as was Kharybdis. You can't be saying that all staff are being hired out of TR. Just because the last few were doesn't mean that they aren't reading the applications of people outside of TR..

Even if it's not the most amazingly distressing problem a lot of people are complaining about it and most of the staff are just saying deal with it which in my opinioin isn't helping anyone because nothing is being done. Maybe just a few staff could spread out a bit to shut some people up. If tr are as good as the game as you all brag about i'm sure sacrificing a few odd staff members won't effect your status?

Dragonedge, you alredy know I don't like you. But this is just such a stupid thread it's not even funny. Drop it.
TR isn't the number one clan for no reason. They have some of the best players in Nightmist. When you become one of the best players in Nightmist you realize what could be fixed or added to help the game. If your really good you do something about it. When you contribute a whole lot to the game that is when you get chosen to be staff (from my point of view). Plus this is JLH and Pandilex's game. They can do whatever they want to. It's a free game. You don't like it then shut up and/or leave. I for one consider myself to be lucky to be playing this game for free and to enjoy the amount of fairness and commitment that both of those men have put into this game.
Dragonedge, please just drop this stupid, tired, old subject.

I so agree, it's not just old, it's ancient. As I said before, I don't mind staff being mostly TR, on the contrary, make them all staff I say, that way they are too busy working to make the game better for everyone to pk me.

There are plenty of players outside of this clan that know the game better than they do. Also, as I have said before, with the majority of staff members being in one clan, they are more likely to develop good relationships with these players and to see their talent more. So if you are not in this clan, then someone who is already has the upper hand. As far as glory goes, if you apply for staff you should know that your time on morts will be cut down, people won't like you and you will have to deal with it. Also, as far as clan ranking goes, it proves nothing except you have alot of gold and/or members. Loveless was ranked #2 and the majority of it was newbies. Astral Warriors is now ranked #2 and look at them, hardly any high lvls.

If you're going to insult me for what I said about the staff/player relations, think of it this way. You hang out with your friends and you know each other and its all fun and stuff. Then this new guy wants to come hang with you and you don't know him. This is a person that you will have to take a while to know. When you meet someone new, its not like you are best friends in five minutes. With the staff thing, I think they would rather hire someone they know and are comfortable with than someone they don't know.
Also, some staffers just have their staff crit in the clan. As far as I know, all of Havanor's alts are in OoE and Oracle's alts are in some other clan, BoD I think. The same was with Medora but she just recently put her alts in there.

He knows if someone is or isn't trustworthy because he knows them since the early days. It's not because TR is his clan, but (even without wanting to) he knows them better and chooses the ones that deserve it. I am in Draco Honoris and (even though they are my clan enemies) I can see that. It's not favoritism.
Still, it is getting kinda old seeing this all the time.
