I think (and I am going to get flamed like crazy for this but ah well) that even when in a party if your stamina is at 0 you shouldnt be able to move . . .
It would mean if someone in your party attacks that you have to wait for them or leave them behind . . .
But makes the game a little more realistic

look there is a way to have multiple leaders in your party  i suggest you figure it out so you can use any crit to move
edit: can get two leaders in a party my bad
so when you have two thieves you can make both party leader but in a party of 12 you can only have 2 leaders (second leader doesn't take all crits though :d)

i thought about it but that only works when a party leader is killed or logged off, not when it's just out of stamina.
