here's a thought i got from some other game i once played but with a diff twist.
if you get lvl 30 you get the option to stay lvl 30 or you can start all over again with a new class. when you get like let's say 3 different classes to lvl 30 you could get a special class you can name and maybe you get some options like you can chose a list of abilities and spells.
for example i trained my mage to lvl 30 then restarrt it as a berserker, then restart again as a thief.
after i lvl the thief to arch i get the option to restart a class i can name (let's call it the_third_class for now)
after i decided to change to the_third_class i'm allowed to chose some abilities my crit has from the current abilities (or tptally different abilities) like let's say i want to be able to use beam, rapid fire, berserk and heal (must be some balancing system so these crits don't get way too strong).
After i got this crit to lvl 30 i get the option to start all over again or just stay lvl 30.
So in the end we should ahve alot of different lvl 30 crits (maybe even make the abilities you can chose randomised so not everybody can chose the same abilities) instead of many lvl 30's that are the same.
If you want this to take really long you could even make it that you havve to get a lvl 30 with all classes till you get to chose your new crit.

that depends on what abilities jlh allows the lvl 30's to get maybe even they get new abilities. like i said in the post there should be some balancing system so these crits are not getting too powerfull (i do think they should be stronger then a regular lvl 30 since you did one hell of a work to get one of em)
