Ok I have a level 28 paladin with stats: 19 16 19 19 18 19. When i cast holy speed i get 24 Dex. My friend has a pally level 25 with stats: 19 19 19 18 19 17, and when he casts holy speed he gets 25 dex. As far as i know i thought holy speed gave the same dex to everyone and thats what i've heard from everyone, which i think it should be. heh. anyways hopefully this can be fixed or maybe a staff that knows whats goin on could shed some light on the subject.

Now I always thought that there was a difference between 18 and 19 wisdom. I thought that halfling paladins for example got less of a dex increase than humans, but when I made a post about what affects holy speed peeps said it was only level  …

should be rounddown(wisdom/3), so your level 28 with 18 wis should give +6 to dex, and your level 25 with 19 wis should give +6. however wis 18 was giving a +5 instead of +6, i've corrected this for my next update.
