Banned yet again

ok im sitting at southgate house and figured out i could use other colours so i was messing about to see if i could change my clan tag and make it a coloured one to then be banned on the spot for abusing a colour bug without a warning or any notice of it being a bug now i was banned for like 2/3 weeks and never knew of this being a bug so why? i wasnt doing anyone any harm or causing any problems
i just seem to find it kind of strange that staff are obviously that bored or that petty over something so stupid as it wasnt causing harm to anyone but yet i suffer from this
or are there running a christmas compatition for the person who banns the most runs the christmas event?

Staff have said that they'll ban people who use the colours, as its a bug. If you used them then your just asking to get a ban.

thing is i was banned for almost 3 weeks i never knew of it being a bug so guess some staff as i said have nothing better to do than sit around the sgh for people messing around causing no harm when they could actually be area developing

Or, they were 'area developing' but someone paged them saying that your abusing colour bug, so they ported over to ban ya. Theres no use complaining about it.

Excuse me, but I havent seen an anouncement saying the color bug is a bannable offense... so whats up...
If we arent told, we dont know. Just because the SGH crowd knows doesnt mean everyone does.
Post it on the boards pls... So this doesnt happen in the future.

yet while you were banned you were using rob's pacifist Loyal, so of course you knew about it being a bug.
Bean - It was announced over system message several times, perhaps you are right it should be on the server logon msg.

I dont see the connection Zephie... He was using colors, and using a pacifist at the same time so he knew it was a bug... ermm... what?

He states he was banned for 3 weeks and did not see any warnings about the color usage being a bannable offense.
This however is not true, during his banned period he was using someone's pacifist thus I'm prety sure he would have seen or heard from SOMEONE that using colors was a bannable offense.
Either way, using colors=ban.

I'd just like to say.
I havnt been banned at all ever, and I have been sitting at the SGH for like the last week and a half, I have never heard of the color bug, and never heard it was bannable.
Not saying Your descision was wrong, Just saying he could be telling the truth.... COULD.

Eh, It should seeing as being banned is... well its a big deal...
Or a bannable offense list or something.
