Ok so its not that hard to figure out what releveling of hp/mp is, I'm just wondering why this is being done, and are all crits getting releveled, or is it by choice, and if so, how do I know if I should relevel mine?

the re-lvl thing is going in cuz a while ago their was a bug with the hp system and jlh changed the way you would get hp/mp. After j;h changed it crits who were trained after the change gained alot more hp then "old crits" so basically re-lvl is for anyone with crappy hp/mp and wants to try to get some better hp

21 con fighter should get minimum of 9 hp per level up to a maximum of 13 (average 11). since the change only effected people by 1 hp, you are very unlucky!
