The link didn`t work for me. But I would bet that your talking about Jurian. The king of forum posts. There was a time that based on the amount of posts you had you could be and elder on the forums. Jurian would simple make posts like lol or a smiley face or two just to get his post count up.
Since the elder thing was removed he still posts alot, but now he actually has some meaning to his posts for the most part.

actually i hardly ever did that
but maybe if you ppl would check how long i've been a member of these forums you ppl would notice there are only like 10 ppl who are a member of the forum longer then me. and most of them quit.
