Harabec is being worked on, or is finished and waiting approval to be released. Pandilex tower was abandoned long ago, it may be worked on again. I have no idea about the mage tower but I don't think it will ever get finished.

you lil weirdo, the Pandi Tower (which is the inquisitors tower) was going to be a contest, it like the mosh, and triplex. it would have been held once a month *i beleive* but it wasnt a quest as far as i know.
mage tower is the door thats locked in dendya, lol
