its not the biggest deal in the world to me, and i thought u could trust ur friends.... so a deal was made between me and "rafa" to trade the arch freebird and lvl 26 lappa for an emmy dagger..... well since no staff was on and i figured me and rafa trusted each other like in the past, i sent my stuff and he said he was looking through robs stuff for the emmy dagger.... after a lil bit, he just logged.... sooooo a lil bit later he logs back on my crits, names em nature and ekco, and sends my names back.... the next day, the crits are being used by a "dennis" that me nor anyone else i know in the entire game has heard of, and has a BoT... hmmm well it had to be someone that people knew bc he had money.... not to mention after owning him several times.... this "dennis" quit and gave the stuff to rafa.... based on me pking him.... isnt that some bs?? well after finding out heres what i was told:
Nature Pages You from (Hidden): lol i dont care cuz i know will told you but he told me to take um btw thanx for the crits lol
hmmm funny.... well i dont care as much i got robbed, but thats bs that people do that nuts.... and whats funnier is he admitted and staff does nothing

Bank Clerk: Remember, do not under ANY circumstances conduct a trade without a staff member to oversee it. People will lie and say anything to convince you to trade without one - they will steal your items and anything else you give them. Do not get ripped off - remember No staff, No trade. Staff will NOT help if you get ripped off without a staff member to oversee the trade.
I think the STAFF WILL NOT HELP YOU is quite self explanatory.

like i said, its not a big deal, but after admitting, i thought i remember admittance = guilt = reason to help......
also i've already rebuilt, and i'd just like to let everyone know hes a thief

Just goes to show you even people that seem to be even "good friends" will gank you if they have the chance... least this way anyone friends with rafa shouldn't give him a chance to screw ya over.. although its somewhat obvious to me, judging by his personality, that he would be like that. *shrug*

Lol, I would think people would know by now that thefts because of their own incompetence will not be dealt with by staff.
If you were 'just letting people know he's a theif' Saying 'Soandso is a theif, he stole blah blah blah from me, just watch out for him guys' Would be sufficient....
Like just recently My friend*He shares with me* got ripped of 180k... You dont see me plastering my account of things all over the board do you?

Weird this comes up today cause i was talking to Rafa last night asking him if he was such good friends with Mike then why doesnt he give him his crits back...he didnt really respond with anything understandable but nothings going to be dont and i know nothings going to be done...Mike tough luck man

Oh what a suprise, another person admits to stealing and the staff just sit by, whereas two guys trading an account for a bit of money get permently (sp) banned. Nice Logic.

Rules say do trade without staff= Staff dont do anything if you get jipped, no matter what.
Rule is that if you trade items for irl money= perm banned.
So in other words you want staff to break the rules that they set b/c you see it as unfair or unjust, even though you and all people involved agreed to those terms as soon as you installed and began playing NM (so says the terms of service).
There have been more threads than I can count of people who dont wait for staff to do trades, then want us to do something about it, you would think that eventually people would learn that EVEN IF THEY ADMIT IT NOTHING WILL BE DONE. Rats learn their way through mazes faster then the game population and the rules of the game.

I didn't say the staff should break rules, i meant the rules are kinda crap, people can't get good crits/gold by buying them for cash, but they can get them from ripping people off with seemingly no reprocussions. (sp)
Was anything about not selling crits for real cash in the TOS?

When people realise it's just a game, and what place you're 'ranked' doesn't actually matter. Then people won't find a need to steal..
We all need to learn to be happy with what we've got, even if it isn't the biggest car in life, or most expensive weapon in game. In the end all that matters is how you feel.
