I realise staff cannot do anything about people being ripped off in a trade if there wasnt a staff member present to oversee it. However, I feel that the game has the right to know who does such things.

This person ripped another player off in an unsupervised trade. If there isnt a staff member on Do Not trade with this person. In any case, if there isnt a staff member on Do Not do a trade.
