This is exactly what has happened in Nightmist. Every single crit made or leveled before about a month ago has gotten screwed over so bad. The only ones that don't have it so bad are halflings, which got their HP upgraded. Everything is now getting a crapload more HP and MP. Since when do Paladins, Halfling Paladins even, get 11 MP per level? Why do Mages get 8 HP instead of 7? Yeah...just...wtf...

But now I believe that every thing else has also been altered as KasumiFire stated.
So the question is... Is this merely a bug that will be fixed? Or has a new standard for hp/mp gain been set? And if so, then will the older crits be reimbursed? Or will nothing be done and will all that hard effort be for nothing? If that is the case then heck yeh I'll be pissed, but an answer would be nice so that we all may stop worrying and be on our way reseting our crits...

Since the hp/mp bug was fixed the outcome was new total averages of hp i think, whereas before the bug the total average for a halflings hp was 270's, during the bug it was 260's, and its now 280's. Someone correct me if i'm wrong?

Making all characters re-lvl makes sense to me also..although some people got really lucky hp and stuff..and might get crap hp now...but re-lvling them and stuff i feel should be done because it all seems messed up...especially mana gains during hp bug...i swear they were messed up too...mana was really bad during the but (1 less a lvl) and it was never fixed at all...have the crits re-lvl..it really shouldnt be too big of a problem except if some people have trouble getting to desert and stuff...

I was going to say that exact thing (what jen said) but was too lazy to modify it and thought some might flame me about some people re-lvling crits they feel have bad hp and stuff..but know what? who cares let them all re-lvl it but allow people to keep some crits (such as our arch thieves) that they feel have the hp the should have because most of our lvl were before the bug, all of our archies now (except the fighter) only gained 1 lvl during the bug and i doubt i'd re-lvl any of them..or might re-lvl 1 or something, but it makes more sense than leaving all of this screwed up hp and mana, i'd keep my lvl 19 ranger silex's hp because i worked REALLY hard to get him the hp he has been getting, i would do it again..just too hard to reset over and over..let people keep the things they feel are correct, and re-lvl what they see as wrong, such as re-lvling our cleric Gaddy who has absolute crap mana because of the bug...well..-1 from each lvl i think..or thats what it is compared to the current dwarf clerics i've seen.
Edit- ? is if anyone knows weather JLH would allow this or not, and if so, how would they check which crits people wanted to re-lvl?

I'm not reseting three level 30s just because JLH has made it so the new crits get more hp than the old, that would just be retarded. With this idea you could reset if you want, so you'd still get the same chance to get decent hp.
