Staff ripped me off!

Ok, yesterday I happily go in to my Founder's Clan Bank and take all the gold out, then go into the Normal Bank and take all my gold out. (Total around 196k)
Then I buy the 12th room for my clan house, and add a sex change room to my house.
A little while later I realized I didn't add the 12th room in the right spot.  So I talk to Stotic on AIM about if he could move it for me. He said the 12th room would have to be deleted and I would get the gold back for it (12th room costs 129k) so I could re make it in right spot.
He said he would have to contact a staff to verify the 12th room costs 129k so he could give me the fair amount of gold back. ATM time the server was down so nothing could be done. --
Ok, I wake up this morning, log on and my crit is on the Grassy Path (I didnt log off there) and my clan house only has 11 rooms. I thought to myself the 12th room was deleted and the 129k is in teh clan bank, so I check, and the clan bank only has 62k. (And sex change room is gone)
I take all the gold out of the clan bank and my normal bank (like the day before) and it didn't add up to 196ish, but only 113k.
I got shorted around 90k! Who did this!?

read the forum more she has a puppy in clanhouse or soemthing and she got hers back after the power failure thingy (so why she got it back and he don't get his clan room back?)

I don't exactly know the rules on that kind of stuff but I'd be willing to bet it's because you have to get a staff member put a puppy or kitten in your clan house for you..... a room is an automated thing and can't really be traced on that specific occassion as where the staffer has the memory to know that he or she put it there.
