Yep I broke the rules. FACT.
Yep I got banned, which was semi-intent of my and Valados' little game.
There 'were' other participants that I will not name, for sake of not being a 'Rich'
Broke rules? - Yes I did.
Got Stotic to stand up for me? - No, he wouldnt abuse his staff position like that anyway. Mind you, I've seen other staff overlook worse than what I've done.
Got banned? - Yes I did.
Deserved Banning? - Yes I did
Got permanently banned? - Yes I did.
A little harsh? - Perhaps.
Just one last request before my crits and myself dissapear into the vast unknown of reality, I would like to see the equipment that me and odin shared taken off my crits and returned to him, as we both owned them. Such items as 'Amulet of Hermes', 'Blade of Time', 'Spider Gauntlets', 'All Crystal Rings' etc etc etc. There are also some crits of his in my account, should he request he have them returned, I don't see why he shouldn't.
As Rich feels he is one righteous to point the finger, I would request that anyone seeing Rich behave in an unsavoury manner - as he does frequently - report him.
And for the sake of my dear Lady_Maha, and her reputation. Lady and myself never 'cybered' in Nightmist. Our whole intent was to get Rich to leave the grid, as neither of us desired his company at the time. Whlist this was done, there was definately nothing 'grotesque' about the behavior, so y'all just leave her alone.
One last note: For those of you discussing Staff bias. My permanent banning goes to show that staff bias is like the Arabian Phoenix, everyone swears it exists, but no one has ever seen it. 'They'll probably think it's Deval - so it's funny'. This has never been the case, Pandilex and JLH have never been biased towards me, in fact, they dislike me immensly, that does not have any relation to being banned, I just find it amusing how people are trying to start a 'Point the finger at the associated staff' game.

it's always funny when people try and accuse current staff of bias and whatnot. some people make it more amusing than others of course. some of us saw the blatent cheating of former sysops and can really recognize what constitutes as breaking the rules. of course, back then none of gave much of a d**n. deval broke the rules, i'm actually quite surprised he got permanently banned. there's good many people who have done much worse in this game who are still walking over the paths that deval sexually violated, and still getting drunk at the taverns that deval defiled, and still asking 'who keeps leaving this nuts around'.
