Whats Wrong With Nightmist

Ok so last month I havn't played much I come back start a clan bla bla bla then I start to nottice little things like.....
1.) Locals Are Some Times Set Back To Nm Pub
2.) Clan Enemys Can Be Added And Removed But Do Not Show
When /clan enemy is done
3.) My Clan Dose Not Show Up On The NM Web Site
there are other things right now that I can't realy remember I did /bug a few of them it just seems as if nm is going bonkers or something I know I'm not the only one who has notticed whats going on?
