I can log on into my account but that's as far as it will let me go. When i click on a crit to play, it just does nothing. i waited for about 5 to 10 minutes just waiting. What is happening to it?

I have no clue other than to tell you uninstall and redownload and try it again. You would prolly get a better result though moving this to the "Technical Support" area of the forums.
